This draft describes the local website preview of Devunexa Technologies, Inc. It must be updated to reflect the selected hosting, email, and contact-form providers before the public website launches.
2. Information in the contact form
The form contains fields for your name, work email, optional company name, and project details. In this preview, submitted fields are sent only to the local preview server, discarded without being stored by the application, and not forwarded to an email inbox or an external form provider. A response confirms that no message was sent. Please do not submit confidential project information or sensitive personal data in the preview.
3. Technical information and cookies
The local server processes connection information needed to deliver pages. The preview application does not create visitor access logs, set cookies, or use analytics, advertising pixels, or browser storage. Fonts and image assets are served locally. It does not track browsing across third-party websites or change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals because no such tracking is implemented.
4. Email and external services
Choosing an email link opens your own email application. Sending an email uses your email provider and the receiving mail service; it is separate from the local contact form. Mailbox activation, receiving provider, retention practices, and any production service providers remain to be confirmed before this policy takes effect.
5. Use, sharing, and retention
The current preview uses technical connection data to serve requested pages and does not retain contact-form submissions. Before launch, this policy must identify the actual collection purposes, categories of recipients, retention criteria, and applicable safeguards for production inquiries and server logs.
6. Privacy requests
You may direct questions or requests concerning access, correction, or deletion of information to ceo@devunexatechnologies.com. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law and verification of identity where necessary. The preview has no stored contact-form submissions to retrieve. Any additional rights that apply to the production service must be reflected in the final policy.
7. Children
This website describes business software development services and is not directed to children. Do not submit children's personal information through the contact form.
8. Applicable law and policy updates
The company is incorporated in Delaware. Applicable privacy obligations depend on the people and processing involved; incorporation in Delaware does not remove protections under other applicable laws. Material changes will be identified on this page with a revised effective date, with additional notice where required by law.
