1. Website operator and scope
This website is operated by Devunexa Technologies, Inc., doing business under the brand Devunexa Technologies. These terms address use of our informational website. They do not establish a software development engagement.
2. Project agreements
Services, deliverables, pricing, schedules, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, and support obligations will be defined in a separate written agreement with the client. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract for services. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding that project, the project agreement controls.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the site and contact us about legitimate business inquiries. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, or submit information you are not entitled to share.
4. Website materials
Website content and brand assets are owned by Devunexa Technologies, Inc. or used under permission from their respective owners. You may view them for evaluating our services. Any further use requires the applicable owner's permission unless otherwise permitted by law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
